Job Title: Company Driver
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Objective

• The role is to convey members of staff to their destinations and planning each route based on road and traffic conditions.

Key Performance Indicators

• Route Adherence: use standard maps or the GPS to map safe routes to destinations, ensuring that timelines are met.
• Road safety compliance.
• Ensure proper detailing.
• Proper maintenance of office vehicle.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive assigned office vehicles to destinations in a safe manner, and by following set rules and regulations.
• Perform daily inspections on all assigned vehicles at the beginning of each day.
• Ensure that any need for repairs is outlined and reported.
• Observe speed limits and obeying all road signs.
• Read and interpret maps and driving directions to plan the most efficient routes.
• Convey members of staff to the site and other destinations.
• Ensure that all vehicles are properly cleaned and maintained.
• Performing physical tasks like loading and unloading materials luggage etc.

Professional Requirements

• SSCE minimum.
• Minimum of 2 Year Experience in a similar position

Skills Requirements

• Proven experience as a Driver.
• Obeying traffic laws.
• Efficiency and time management
• Knowledge of area roads and neighbourhoods.
• Detail-oriented.
• A valid driver’s licence
• Basic maintenance knowledge
