Job Description

  • A top Real Estate and PropTech company seeks an energetic Community Manager to cultivate a vibrant, engaged community of clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • This role is critical in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition through strategic community-building initiatives. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, event organizer, and relationship builder who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, realtors, and partners to build a loyal and active community.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for community members, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase community participation and engagement.
  • Organize and manage events such as webinars, product launches, and community meet-ups to strengthen community ties.
  • Monitor community growth metrics and implement strategies to enhance member satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align community efforts with business objectives.
  • Track community engagement metrics and prepare reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights based on data to improve community-building efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of community activities, member feedback, and outcomes.
  • Handle event logistics, including venue selection, scheduling, and attendee communication.
  • Monitor event success through participant feedback and data analysis.
  • Create and share engaging content for newsletters, forums, and social media platforms to keep the community informed and involved.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align community content with broader brand messaging.
  • Monitor online platforms for discussions, fostering positive interactions and mitigating conflicts.
  • Develop initiatives to attract new members and retain existing ones, ensuring growth and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in community management, customer success, or event coordination, preferably in Real Estate or PropTech.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for building and nurturing relationships.
  • Familiarity with Real Estate trends and customer expectations is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, social media platforms, and community management software.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
