Job Title: Church Administrator

Location: Ringroad, Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a passionate and organized Church Administrator to join our team and support our congregation in achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth church operations.
  • Oversee financial management, including bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Operate and organize EasyWorship software for accurate worship service management.
  • Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and church members to foster a cohesive community.
  • Coordinate church events, meetings, and activities.
  • Support church leadership with communications, scheduling, and documentation.

Qualification and Skills

  • A minimum of two years of administrative experience, preferably within a church or non-profit setting.
  • Proficiency with office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to work collaboratively with others.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • A deep understanding of and a heart for the mission and values of our church.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Competence in financial management, bookkeeping, and budgeting.

Salary
N40,000 - N70,000 / month.
