We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 



Job Title: Change & Value Management Support Coordinator
Location: Lagos
Job Duration: 9 months with possible extension based on performance.

Job Accountabilities

  • Support contractor daily on stakeholder alignment functions and help embed an understanding of the type of change being introduced from relevant project, and the necessary steps required to achieve target results
  • Assist contractor on daily basis for all communications emanating from project engagements with relevant stakeholders, and to provide the necessary support for all assigned change actions via follow-on meetings, coordination across business units etc.
  • Work with relevant business areas to streamline KPIs identified for improvement and to assist the contractor in developing a value roadmap and associated activities to help achieve specific deliverables across the project phases
  • Work with the relevant business areas to drive value management activities and act as daily interface between business and contractor
  • Provide quarterly reporting to relevant stakeholders on the extent of work done in line with project’s approved value roadmap plan
  • Ensure proper documentation of all change and value management deliverables across project phases
  • Responsible for coordination of identified team enablement activities and the preparation of all learning materials utilizing any format or software as agreed with contractor
  • Support contractor in understanding business roles and the assignment and management of authorizations, with close collaboration of relevant business focals
  • Support project on change management campaigns, preparation of applicable formats for target engagements and the maintenance of a living program beyond project go-live to support the hyper-care phase
  • Support contractor to further harden the proposed business case for assigned aspects of the SAP PM Implementation and to align same with the relevant business areas

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc Engineering
  • At least 1-2 years’ work experience within NLNG’s maintenance, engineering or asset information management department
  • Has played a change management role and at knowledge level in value management
  • Possess a good understanding of relevant methodologies and tools for delivering change initiatives and value proposals from any training or work endeavor
