We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

 

Job Title: Graduate Engineer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist senior discipline engineers with the preparation of engineering deliverables.
  • Perform engineering calculations with guidance from more experienced engineers.
  • Develop engineering models with guidance from more experienced engineers.
  • Assist with carrying out field surveys.
  • Attend meetings, produce, and distribute minutes.
  • Assist other support functions to ensure that technical queries/actions are closed-out in a timely and orderly manner.
  • Prepare reports, mark-up documents and drawings, and assist with work pack management.
  • Assist with the development of drawings and maintaining engineering/project records.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals.
  • Perform quality control, monitoring and analyses of technical data. Assist with the preparation of equipment datasheets.
  • Support field engineers by recommending ways to deliver the most accurate, reliable data possible.

Qualification

  • BEng (2nd Class Upper) or equivalent in engineering discipline.

  • Self-motivation, self-discipline, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
  • Ready to travel, and work under challenging circumstances. Well behaved and respect for due processes.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Attention to detail.
  • Keen to progress rapidly and work on a wide range of projects.
  • Experience with AutoCAD or similar software would be a distinct advantage.

Working Hours:

  • 8:00am - 5:00pm; Monday to Friday (1 hour break).

Job Title: Document Controller

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain a tracking facility to enable documents to be updated easily.
  • Scan in documents as required.
  • Ensure documents to be issued are properly formatted per company style/character.
  • Issue and distribute controlled copies of information.
  • Ensure all documents are up to date (soft and hard copies).
  • Assist with administration, as necessary.

Qualifications

  • OND (Upper credit) or equivalent with minimum of 3 years relevant experience.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong database and communication skills.
  • Experience with document control packages would be a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self-discipline, and phone etiquette.
  • Sound MS Office skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and organize work schedule.
  • Able to react quickly and effectively when dealing with challenging situations.
  • Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.

Working Hours:

  • 8:00am - 5:00pm; Monday to Friday (1 hour break)

Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm; Monday to Friday (1 hour break)

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain round the clock security watch of the whole estate including periodic foot patrols internally and externally.
  • To be involved gardening and cleaning/environmental sanitation exercises.
  • Responding to out of hours emergencies, coordinating and acting as point of contact for emergency services.
  • Out of hours control of estate by use of logging-in system
  • Issue of car parking permits to allocated users and maintain accurate records of all registered vehicles.
  • To ensure that any undesirable persons on site are professionally and politely dealt with and escorted from the premises as required.
