Job Title: Electrical / Solar Technician

Location: Ikotun, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • Maintains the LPG Plant Electrical systems – Switchgears, Cables, Electric motors/pumps, Electrical submersible pump and the plant general wiring.
  • Maintains the Plant Diesel generators in good working condition
  • Maintains the plant Fire and gas (F&G) detection and suppression systems, performs periodic testing to ensure the systems is functioning at all times. Also ensure the sprinkler systems is in working condition at all times
  • Maintain, Inspect, test, diagnose faults on the Plant CCTV system
  • Plan, prepare for, manage and execute new solar systems installation for the LPG Plant
  • Carry out activities pertaining to Preventative Maintenance on the solar plant assuring all HSE procedures are followed
  • Plan, prepare for, manage and execute activities and execute pertaining to Corrective Maintenance on the solar plant assuring all
  • HSE procedures are followed, activities include but are not limited to:
    • Respond to all alarms triggered on the solar plant
    • Resolve all trips on the solar plant as soon as possible
    • Attend to all breakdowns, do fault finding/root cause analysis and resolve, fix or replace faulty equipment with minimal energy loss
    • Diagnose and replace PV panels
  • Diagnose, test, repair and/or replace cables, cable inter-connections, PV junction/string boxes, connectors and fuses in PV systems
  • Maintain solar/diesel Hybrid system, including the backup batteries
  • Investigate technical failures and prepare formal technical report, Apply root cause analysis techniques on all major and reoccurring faults.

Job Qualifications

  • HND / OND / B.Tech
  • Experience: 1 - 3 years.

Salary

  • N30,000 - N50,000 monthly.

 

 

Job Title: Cashier / Sales Girl

Location: Ikotun, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Task / Responsibilities
The following but not limited to these are the expectation required of you in your role:

  • Prospective candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the cash management function, including the development and management of systems for the effective collection of revenues and payment of obligations.
  • Responsible for providing direction to ensure designated cash processing, reconciliation and reporting functions are completed in a timely manner while in compliance with policy and regulations.
  • Direct cash management operations to include daily cash administration, management of current accounts and bank relations.
  • Review and drive improvements in cash management, ensuring financial obligations are met in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Complete all cash management set-up documentation for new and existing department processes; prepares correspondence and proposals directed to and for cash management.
  • Timely reconcile cash application and disbursements.
  • Monitor cash transactions to ensure that bank account balances to the report and any unusual items are investigated.
  • Forecast, monitor and track cash flow (weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.).
  • Prepare cash flow reports, and identifies and evaluates variances.
  • Carryout other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Title: Sales Marketer

Location: Ikotun, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Description

  • The Sales & Marketing Officer will be primarily responsible for the day to day commercial sales and new business development of Liquefied Petroleum Gas Plant.

Main Duties

  • Establish, Follow and Develop a significant portfolio of clients in geographical zones around the plant and beyond.
  • Prepare quotations for clients, detect their needs and formulate satisfying strategies in coordination with the Management.
  • Manage and monitor the delivery lines to ensure the top quality delivery at the right time in safety condition and suggesting corrective measures if necessary.
  • Survey and study the market, get to know risk factors and competition while searching for new clients and prospective ones.
  • Produce a daily/weekly report to the Management.
  • Manage a team of distributors and follow up their performance and accuracy, team meeting.
  • Maintain and visit the clients regularly and follow up the consumption of the client.
  • Analyze financial results with the Management. Suggest and participate in implementing new strategies.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for new and existing clients.
  • Coordinate with the advertising companies for advertisement, promotional items and marketing tools.

Requirements

  • HND / OND / B.Sc
  • The Candidate must have 3 to 5 years sales and commercial experience within Liquefied Gas or similar field.
  • The Candidate must be able to Manage a work force including, Office Staff, Sales and Manual workers.
  • The Candidate must be fully literate in English and IT skills.
  • The Candidate must have leadership, enthusiasm, endurance and charisma.
  • The Candidate must be an Honest Person.

Salary

  • N40,000 - N50,000 monthly.

 

 



Job Title: LPG Plant Supervisor / Manager

Location: Ikotun, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Summary

  • The candidate is responsible for overseeing the managing, operating and safety of the company’s filling plant.

Responsibilities

  • Manages all LPG Plant operations as well staff related matters, Trucking, sales and customers
  • Ensure that all proper HSE standard regulations are adhered to strictly
  • Coordinate all activities at the plant to achieve set goals and objectives
  • Carries out technical studies and make recommendations for improvements which will increase productivity or equipment performance
  • Undertakes front-end engineering design work
  • Undertakes trouble shooting to resolve plant and equipment issues
  • Takes part in project and job risk assessments; study work; and plans modifications to plant and/or equipment.
  • Provides technical support to on site personnel.
  • Monitors plant operations and reports on the technical performance of company plants e.g. inventory statistics; inventory losses; equipment maintenance history etc.
  • Undertakes staff training in the use of new equipment; safety operations; and to enhance operational efficiency
  • Carry out any other related function as management may deem fit.

  • No or little production loss Improved Product discharge time and all-time product availability

Qualification Required

  • Suitable candidate must possess a good university Degree or HND in Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in Engineering function or LPG operations, 2 of which must be in Supervisory or equivalent capacity in LPG operations.

Experience & Skillset Required:

  • Basic Accounting (Knowledge of QuickBooks POS & accounting packages)
  • Interpersonal Skills Leadership/Supervisory
  • Basic computing skills (Microsoft packages – Word, Excel and Power Point) and (Quickbooks Packages) Project Management and effective Reporting.

Salary

  • N40,000 - N50,000 monthly.

 

 

Job Title: LPG (Gas) Filler

Location: Ikotun, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Manages work areas, ensure areas are clean and all safety devices are in place and functioning prior to commencement of sales.
  • Inspection of customer cylinders prior to filling to ensure the cylinder is in good state.
  • Filling of Gas Cylinder; fill in the exact quantity of gas as paid for by the customer.
  • Maintain record of cylinders filled and the quantity
  • Reconcile along with the plant Supervisor the total sales versus the quantity of gas dispensed on daily basis.
  • Operates plant equipment in a safe and efficient manner, report promptly any defect or deviation noticed to the Plant Supervisor
  • Makes necessary recommendations to improve the filling process and reduce wastage
  • Fully aware of safety provisions, protocols and actions in case of emergency.
  • Ensure proper PPE are worn at all times.
  • Carryout other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
  • Perform end of sales analysis of all sales for the day and make available to the Plant Supervisor
  • Maintenance of cylinder filling and safety Equipment, participates in safety drills
  • Door to Door LPG Supply/Delivery

Requirements and Skills

  • Qualification: Minimum of SSCE, OND, NCE & others could apply
  • Two (2) year experience as LPG Cylinder Fillers
  • Proficiency in use of computer, mostly excel is a must.
  • Proficiency in use of QuickBooks POS is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Plant safety equipment and operation is a must.
  • Possess good customer relations and candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English language
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Pays Attention to details
  • Should live within the Ijegun, Abaranje, Ijedodo, Ikotun, Isheri-Oshun axis
  • Must be computer literate
  • Should be well spoken, friendly, relatable and presentable.
  • Ideal candidate must not be older than 32 years, must have good customer relationship attitude and must be able to work as a team.
  • Candidates must live within or around these environs: Ikotun, Igando, Isolo, Bucknor Estate, Ijegun, Idimu, Egbeda OR must be willing and capable to relocate to this environs.
  • Must be willing and able to work 6 days a week.

Salary

  • N30,000 - N40,000 monthly.
