  • We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers.
  • In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions and proposals.

You Will:

  • Scope, define and design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions
  • Analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis
  • Work with core team on list of potential activities and solutions
  • Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations
  • Support deployment of solution
  • Provide feedback to R&D
  • Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing
  • Stay abreast of on new technology / technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build.

Requirements
To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Education: BSc in Engineering or Computer science
  • Minimum years of experience: 5
  • Domain: area of expertise - Packet core, User data management & Cloud.
  • Experience from technical job roles is required, Experience from work as an Integration Engineer & Solution Architect
  • A Solution Architect candidate is assessed according to the following tracks: Domain, E2E, Network Optimization / Network Design, Fiber Network Design and Site Energy Design.

Job Title: Head of Local Delivery - WAM

  • We are now looking for a Service Delivery Line Manager that would take the position of Head Local Delivery. 
  • This role would be responsible to ensure customer value and satisfaction through an efficient service delivery. 
  • As Head Local Delivery, you will support service sales directly or indirectly via the unit resources as you understand and align with the overall service delivery processes, models, and strategies.
  • You will have a role in the line organization (the operational organization), with the purpose to lead their area of responsibility aligned with the instructions.
  • You will collaborate to ensure that work is executed within the scope of OHS requirements.
  • All activities in the Ericsson group are performed under the responsibility of one or more Line Managers. Line Managers act per the Ericsson Leadership Framework and promote Ericsson's values, ethics and culture of the organization to ensure excellent performance.

You Will

  • Manage Local Delivery Resources and all stockholders in Ericsson closely.
  • Engagement with stockholders in Ericsson to have better delivery (Sourcing, ASPM, ERM, FSO etc)
  • Manage a team of Implementation Managers, IE, PC, QA etc
  • Drive large and complex engagements across MMEA.
  • Ensure team adherence to tools usage and processes.
  • Identify New opportunities across MMEA.
  • Develop a positive & productive culture within the extended team.
  • Coaching and development of staff capabilities.
  • Continues building and encouraging a creative and learning culture.
  • Monthly reporting for all unit for team’s performance and financials figures.
  • Manage and follow up regularly on all Operational Excellence KPI to ensuring targets are met
  • Cost Centers management and resource utilization.
  • Set and follow-up on IPM and development goals for team
  • Ensure compliance, ethics and exhibit exemplary role-model leadership behaviors.

Job Requirements
To be successful in the role you are:

  • Education: Minimum of Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • NRO Field Experience is a must with 10+ Years in implementation and teams Management.
  • Experience in Complex and Big Sized Projects.
  • Deep experience of leading teams in a multicultural collaborative.
  • Previous experience in managing large organizations.
  • Professional attitude with solid ability to prioritize, manage time and deliver results
  • High Negotiation skills.
  • Understand Network Deployment process.
  • Team player, building strong and highly empowered teams with ability to inspire others.
  • Respect for dead-lines and ability to empower people under high workload is needed.
  • Must have excellent consulting and mentor skills for knowledge share.
  • Very good skills in oral and written communications
  • Self-starter with excellent problem solving and prioritization skills
  • Ability to develop and give effective presentations to different levels
