Job Purpose

  • E-Channels applications support e.g. Postilion for ATM, POS and Visa/ Master Cards solutions, Finacle Internet Banking, Telephone Banking, Finacle USSD.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Management and support of the Bank’s Postilion Front End Processor (FEP), Postilion Portal, Postilion Office, Postilion Realtime and other auxiliary systems
  • Management of card issuing systems such as CAPS
  • Channels Integration and Postilion Application implementation, Support, Support banking application projects relating to e-Channels
  • Channels Integration and Postilion Application implementation, Support, Support banking application projects relating to e-Channels
  • Administration and support of e-Payment solutions e.g. PayDirect, WebPay and REMITA

Qualifications and Experience

  • First Degree in Computer Sciences and IT-related courses
  • Chartered Institute of Business Analyst
  • MSQL server administration
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
