Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer with Digital Marketing skills, to join our team.The ideal candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities and manage the company's digital marketing efforts.
- The Business Development Officer will work closely with the Human Resource team, and senior management to achieve the company's revenue and growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Create visually appealing and effective designs to promote products and services. This includes using graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign to create digital and print media graphics.
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and search advertising.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Attending industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-dateon industry trends.
- Prepare and present reports on sales and marketing activities to senior management.
Academic Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in a consultancy firm or similar industry.

- Social Media Marketing: It involves the use of social media platforms likeFacebook,Twitter, andLinkedInto reach and engage with a target audience.
- Analytics:Solid understanding of marketing data and metrics, with the ability to analyze and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Communication:Strong communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Presentation: Ability to present ideas and strategies effectively to senior management and clients.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Email Marketing: This involves sending targeted emails to a list of subscribers to promote a product or service, build brand awareness, or nurture leads.
- Content Marketing: This involves creating and sharing valuable and relevant content, such asblog posts, videos, andsocial media posts, to attract and engage a target audience
- Graphic Designing: Creatingvisually appealing and effective designs to promote products and services.
- Lead generation: Having a strong experience inlead generation and customer acquisition techniques.
- Track record of Business Growth: Prove of driving business growth through sales and marketing strategies.
- Creative and innovative mindset: The ability to think outside the box and develop new ideas for business growth.

Remuneration
