Job Summary
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the iron ore industry. This role will require a deep understanding of the iron ore market, strong business acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, analyze industry trends, and assess competitive landscapes.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and acquire new clients within the iron ore industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients andpartners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Geology, Marketing or a related field.
Candidates with lower academic qualification whohave an in-depth knowledge of the Iron Ore market are encouraged to apply.
Strong understanding of the iron ore market, including supply and demand dynamics, pricing trends, and industry regulations.
Must be between the ages of 25- 35 years.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the minig sectoror sales within the iron ore industry.
Proven track record of successfully closing large-scale deals.
