Tybitx Services International Limited is duly registered with the Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission, possesses Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) permits in the provision of Recruitment services/manpower supply & management and Training/manpower development for the oil and gas industries. Job Title: Lead - Business Development

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
  • Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
  • Researching prospective accounts in target markets.
  • Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals.
  • Training business development staff.
  • Attending conferences and industry events.
  • Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Interface with clients to deepen cross-selling and manage relationships with suitable partners / OEMs.
  • Develop and improve the consulting life cycle management: Prospecting, Marketing & Business Development.
  • Keeping abreast of global and industry best practice & market needs.

Job Requirements

  • A Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field.
  • Must have 4 - 8 years working experience post-degree working experience in a consulting or ICT service company.
  • Good experience in implementing projects with major industries (banking, telecoms, Oil & Gas, FMCG, technology, etc.).
  • Proficient knowledge in the use of a sales content management system (CMS)
  • Management experience with at least 3 years of leading a Team or Unit.
