  • Driving force behind generating new sales leads and contacts.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities; setting up and attending meetings
  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
  • Overseeing the development of marketing literature including proposals
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
  • Promote the company’s new products/services addressing and predicting clients’ objectives
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
Qualifications/Skills
  • Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • B.Sc/B.A in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Market knowledge(Health Sector)
  • Stakeholder management skills
