Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Primary responsibility is to evaluate, plan and coordinate the organization’s growth strategies by:

  • Identifying appropriate consumer markets and devising effective plans to reach them.
  • Planning promotional campaigns to build brand awareness of the organization and its services.
  • Developing and executing sales and retention strategies for target markets and facility service.
  • Achieving quarterly sales goals by developing referrals from other healthcare organizations, corporate companies
  • Managing, monitoring and implementing strategic marketing, communication campaigns, projects and initiatives for the organization.
  • Identifying new business prospects and other medical-specific initiatives in order to enhance growth of the entity
  • Initiating business affiliations with ancillary healthcare organizations by cultivating relationships and referrals with other physicians / consultants, healthcare and community organizations etc.

Qualifications

  • HND / BSc. + 2-3yrs post NYSC. Prior experience working in the Healthcare industry is a plus.

Salary
N45,000 - N100,000 / month. Fixed Basic + Commission
