Optomax Vision was established in 2009 with the sole aim of providing premium Eye Care services using world-class equipment and manned by experienced consultants led by a professor of Ophthalmology.

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Primary responsibility is to evaluate, plan and coordinate the organization’s growth strategies by:

  • Achieving quarterly sales goals by developing referrals from other healthcare organizations, corporate companies
  • Managing, monitoring, and implementing strategic marketing, communication campaigns, projects, and initiatives for the organization.
  • Identifying appropriate consumer markets and devising effective plans to reach them.
  • Planning promotional campaigns to build brand awareness of the organization and its services.
  • Developing and executing sales and retention strategies for target markets and facility service.
  • Identifying new business prospects and other medical-specific initiatives in order to enhance the growth of the entity
  • Initiating business affiliations with ancillary healthcare organizations by cultivating relationships and referrals with other physicians/consultants, healthcare and community organizations, etc.

Qualifications

  • HND / B.Sc. with 2-3 years post-NYSC. Prior experience working in the Healthcare industry is a plus.

Salary
Fixed Basic + Commission.
