Brand & Communications Manager at Hyde Energy Limited

Hyde Energy began operations in Nigeria, importing and exporting Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and selling clean petroleum products. These operations established our base as a trading company. We enhanced our import and export activities by: acquiring a tank farm for storing petroleum products & securing a two-year term contract for LPG export.

Hyde Energy’s vision is rooted in our desire to be a leading oil trading and marketing company by brand presence, service delivery and profitatability. We make good use of the expertise of our people, who have extensive technical and practical knowledge of the West and Central African oil-producing regions. Over the years, we have expanded our business portfolio into crude oil, refined oil products, LPG and dry bulk commodities. Similarly, our reach has grown, and we serve customers from offices in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Mauritius, London and Malta.

Job Title: Brand & Communications Manager

Job Description

• The Brand & Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing the overall brand strategy, marketing initiatives, and communications plans for the company, both internally and externally, with the aim of effectively describing and promoting the organization and its products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred) (minimum of Second Class Lower)
• Professional membership is and added advantage 
• At least 7 years post NYSC Proven experience in brand management, marketing, and communications.
• Knowledge of market research and consumer insights.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills.
• FMCG and/or Oil & Gas experience is of additional advantage.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
• Experience with digital marketing, social media, and online advertising.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms.
