Keystone Bank is a full service commercial bank currently owned by Sigma Golf River Bank Consortium after being acquired from the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) in 2017. It was granted banking license on August 5, 2011, by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). The Bank has met and exceeded all capital adequacy requirements of the CBN and assumed the deposit liabilities, certain other liabilities and assets of former Bank PHB Plc, following the revocation of the erstwhile bank's operating License by the CBN.

Job Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Service Manager at Keystone Bank Limited, in various locations nationwide.
  • The Branch Service Manager will provide overall leadership and direction for superior service delivery at the branch, coordinate branch operations and processes.
  • He/She will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, managing customer service activities, supervising branch staff, and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Additionally, the Branch Service Manager will be involved in promoting the Bank's products and services.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service, Operations Management, and Team Supervision skills
  • Knowledge of banking products and services
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience in banking
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
