Job Title: Bar Sales Manager
Job Description

  •     Responsible for promoting and maximizing beverage sales in the Bar.
  •     Recommends and suggests beverages when guests ask for assistance in selecting them. Ensures that all drinks are served with the proper garnishes and in the correct glassware.
  •     In charge of sourcing for potential outdoor event clients and ensuring Blu Breeze is No. 1 Choice for all Outdoor events.
  •     Creativity in the achievement of Monthly Targets.
  •     Follows and ensures that the company standards of service are being adhered.
  •     Provides prompt, attentive and courteous service to every guest in the assigned station.
  •     Strives to always up-sell to better quality premium and super-premium products by following wine menu presentation.
Job Requirements
  •     Minimum OND or equivalent degree.
  •     Basic knowledge of wine service procedures.
  •     Fluent English mandatory.
  •     Basic Sales/Marketing Experience.
  •     Must be between the ages of 24-28years as at Dec. 2014.
  •     At least 2 years of full time working experience in a fast pace Bar /catering environment.
  •     Advanced level of cocktail knowledge is an added advantage.
