Job Title: Operations & Admin Supervisor
Locations:
Lagos State and Rivers State.
Job Description

  • The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the provision of an efficient and effective catering service in all the restaurants.
  •  S/he will  supervise and support the entire operations and personnel from the preparation of meals to customer satisfaction on a day to day basis in all restaurants and kitchens In addition to ensuring HSE policies are adhered during preparation and service of meals.
  • S/he will also ensure quality-catering services: budgetary control and stock management are well maintained.
  • This person will effectively interface between customers and employees to ensure the highest standards of excellent service are provided.
  • S/he will manage the workflow balance of the kitchen staff and keep them motivated.
Requirement
  • Candidates applying for this position must have in depth experience of at least 3 - 5years in managing the administrative operations of large catering servtces.
  • The successful person must be able to motivate support and encourage staff in order to bring out the best in them.
  • S/he must have a minimum of OND/HND or equivalent qualification in Catering, Hospitality Management or any other related discipline.

Job Title: Chief Accountant

Job Description

  • The Chief Accountant will oversee and manage the full spectrum of finance and accounts operations of the Group operations in all the locations.
  • S/he will manage a full set of accounts and be responsible for preparing timely monthly-consolidated financial statements for the Group CEO.
  • ln addition to serving as an internal auditor to the Group Companies, and providing executive management with advice on financial implications of business activities, the successful candidate will oversee taxation matters.
  • Develop, implement and maintain effective accounting systems, processes and policies; and also take responsibility of managing and motivating the accounts team.
Requirements
  • This position requires an individual that possess a professional Accounting Qualification - ICAN/ACCA with a minimum of 15 years in progressively responsible financial leadership role in an Accounting/Audit firm or any relevant related Industry, preferably real estate, development, property development and/or Food and Catering.
  • Candidates applying for this position must have experience in developing accounting systems, policies and procedures and using any of the accounting packages- QuickBooks or Sage, and also experience in cost and management accounting.

Job Title: Business Development/Marketing Manager

Job Description
  • The primary role of the Business Development/Marketing Officer in this Group of Companies is to grow and retain existing business accounts in order to achieve financial growth and market share.
  • The successful person for this position will work with the Group CEO and management to develop strategies for new businesses and leverage on existing relationships for the Group of Companies with the prime focus and emphasis on property management and development as well as Food and Catering.
  • S/he will research on latest relevant business trends and strategies with a view to introduce innovative products or services in the Group.
Requirement
  • Candidates applying for this position must have a Bachelor's Degree in Sales Marketing or any related social science discipline with a minimum of 3-5 years working experience as a Sales Representative or Marketing Personnel of a medium/large sized organization.
  • This position requires an individual that possess excellent writing and negotiating skills, Previous experience in developing proposals, reaching agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion is mandatory for this position.

Job Title: Supply Chain Officer

Job Description

  • The key role of the Supply Chain Officer is to organize and ensure the safety arid efficient storage and distribution of goods for food preparation, and ensure that the goods procured are in good condition and in the right quality and quantity.
  • This successful person will oversee the warehouse, inventory control, distribution and storage of goods and deliveries.
  • S/he will report to the Chief Operating Officer to ensure all Vendors are delivering the right products in good quality.
  • Also ensure strict adherence to replacement and stock management policies and processes. S/he will work closely with the Account team.
Requirement
  • Individuals who apply for this position must have basic hands on experience in Accounting and Bookkeeping with previous experience in a similar role.
  • S/he must have a minimum of OND/HND or equivalent qualification in any of the social science discipline.
  • The successful person must have excellent planning and organizing skills with attention to details.

Job Title: Accounts Officer

Job Description

  • This position is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the accounting unit of Food and Catering Division of the Group.
  • The successful candidate of this position will update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions such as invoices, expense vouchers, petty cash records, receipts, accounts payable and disbursements.
  • S/he will also maintain financial records, reconcile the bank statements and records of vendors and customers as well as prepare monthly reports to support the senior management decision making on financial management matters.
Requirement
  • This position requires a minimum accounting qualification of OND/HND.
  • A minimum of 3 years progressive experience working as an accounting officer is required for this job.
  • Candidates applying for the position also must have experience of using accounting and spreadsheet packages in the management of accounts.
  • The successful person must be able to work under minimal supervision, and possess good analytical and organizing skills.

Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (Food & Catering)

Job Description

  • The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for managing the entire operations of its restaurants in any location (Lagos or Port Harcourt) of choice.
  • Key Responsibility of this position includes directing and ensuring business strategies of Food and Catering yield increased revenue and sales growth.
  • S/he will oversee the planning, implementation, management and evaluation of a wide range of catering services, facilities and personnel to achieve maximum yield.
  • This position reports directly to the Group Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors.
Requirements
  • Candidates applying for this position must have at least 15years experience, with at least 5 years in a similar position or management role of a catering/hospitality management.
  • S/he must have solid experience in managing businesses and its processes to yield profit.
  • Strong working knowledge of budgeting, sales and profits, business development, strategic planning and personnel management is required for this position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively are mandatory for this position.

Job Title: Facility Manager

Job Description

  • The Facility Manager will be responsible for the operational management of buildings and facilities under the management of the Property Development of the Group Company to achieve the highest standards in terms of service level delivery and client satisfaction.
  • The successful candidate will bill clients and collect payment, organize, coordinate and manage teams of employees and or contractors responsible to maintain each varying system including, but not limited to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing as well as technology.
  • S/he will also provide leadership and direction to staff and ensure all works comply with appropriate health and safety standards.
Requirement
  • This position requires a minimum qualification of a Bachelor Degree in Estate/Facility management or related field of study, with at least 5 to 7 years experience in a similar role in Facilities Manager.
  • Candidates for this position are expected to have hands on experience of contractors’/vendors selection and contract management and maintenance contractual processes and documentations.
  • Hands on experience in managing effectively supervising and managing staff are essential for the jobholder.

Job Description

  • This position is responsible for preparing and ensuring quality of food and snack served delivered to customers at the highest standards of quality and excellence.
  • S/he will collaborate with other members of the team to develop recipes and menus, taking into account customers choice, price sensitivity and expected quality of customers of food/snack.
  • In addition to the above, s/he will participate in planning, budgeting and purchasing of all food ingredients and conform to health and safety standards.
  • Chefs applying for this role must have experience in working in a commercial kitchen.
Requirement
  • Candidates applying for this position must be a professional chef in at least one of the specialist role highlighted above.
  • S/he must have a minimum experience in working in a large commercial kitchen of a 5Staror 4Star hotel or restaurant for a continuous period of at least 3 years or cooking for a large group setting; with experience of recipe and menu development.
