Job Title: Bursar

Duties
- The Bursar shall be the Chief Financial Officer of the
University and shall be responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for the
day-to-day management and control of the finances of the University.
Qualifications
Candidate must:
- Possess a good honours degree in Accounting from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Possession of a higher degree in Accounting will be an added advantage.
- Possess a professionally recognized accounting qualification; viz: ACA, ACCA, or ANAN,
- Have had at least fifteen (15) years post qualification cognate
experience in the finance department of the public or private sector,
with a minimum of five (5) years as Deputy Bursar in a University.
- Be ICT compliant and conversant with current financial software packages.

Job Title: University Librarian

Job Description
- The University Librarian is a Principal Officer and the head of the University Library.
- Candidates for the post shall be visionary, have the ability to
provide good leadership and command respect and loyalty of staff of the
University.
- Candidates must also possess personal integrity and demonstrate
transparency in private and public life Overall administration of the
University Library, its branches and extension and providing services
for the University community.
Duties
- The University Librarian is responsible to the Vice-Chancellor
for the day-to-day administration of the University Library and the
co-ordination of Library services in the University.
- He / She will be required to administer the University Library
System and to develop it to meet the University's increasing needs
especially its post-graduate and research programmes. In addition, he or
she is responsible for:
- Framing Library policies and making personal contacts and liaising with
- Departments on book requirements as well as giving professional advice on library matters
- Preparing Library budgets
- Establishing policy for Library exchange
- Engaging in matters of common interest for the benefit of readers and users of the Library
- Performing other duties that may be assigned by the Vice-Chancellor
Qualifications
Candidate Must:
- Candidates for the position of University Librarian should
possess a minimum of Higher Degree of Masters in Library and Information
Science with Fifteen (15) years of experience.

Job Title: Chief Security Officer
Location: Nasarawa
Duties
- As a Chief Security Office, you are responsible to Vice-Chancellor for the day-to-day security matters of the University.
- Performing at Higher level, the protection of life and property
within the University and its environs, monitor and prevent potential
criminal and cult activities.
- Taking charge of crime1 criminal investigation, apprehension of
offenders, liaising with the State Security Agencies on all criminal
matters, appearing in court as required and carrying out other duties as

Job Title: Director of Works, Physical Planning and Development

Duties
The Director of Works, Physical Planning and Development is expected to carry out the following amongst other duties:
- Supervise the implementation of the Master Plan of the University, as well as the Physical Brief of the Campus.
- Advise the Vice-Chancellor on the choice of consultants and contractors to execute the various projects in the Master Plan.
- Ensure that the quality of work to be executed for the University is of very high quality;
- Must not compromise the ethics of the profession
- Undertake through direct labour, project execution and
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the Vice-Chancellor.
Qualifications
Candidate must:
- A prospective candidate for the Director’s position must be a
holder of not less than M.Sc. degree in Architecture, Building or
Structural Engineering.
- He/She is expected to have rendered continuous service of not
less than fifteen (15) years in sufficiently Senior Physical
Planning/Administrative responsibility

Conditions of Service
The Director of Works, Physical Planning and Development shall hold
office for a period of five(5) years and no more. The remuneration and
conditions of service for the post of Director are comparable to what
obtains in other Nigerian Universities and are as contained in the
conditions of service for Senior Staff in Bingham University.
Job Title: Registrar
Location: Nasarawa
Duties
- As Principal Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of the
University, the Registrar shall be responsible to the Vice-Chancellor
for the day-to-day administration of the University except for financial
matters for which the Bursar is responsible.
- The Registrar is also the Secretary to the Board of Trustees,
Governing Council, Senate, Convocation, Congregation and other Statutory
Committees.
- He/she is responsible for safe custody and update of University
records and publications. In addition, he/she is to advise the
Vice-Chancellor in accordance with the University Law and Statutes.
Qualifications
Candidate must:
- Possess a good University honors degree and at least fifteen
(15) years post qualification experiences, with a minimum of five (5)
years as Deputy Registrar in a University.
- Possession of a higher degree or membership of a recognized professional body will be an added advantage.
- Have demonstrable integrity
- Be conversant with the intricacies and peculiarities of the University system
- Have a clear vision for the development of the University with ability to implement the vision
- Have strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and motivate subordinates;
