Job Title: Background Checks Manager

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • The position entails a thorough exhaustion of all avenues to deliver on all verification requests. The Supervisor, Background Checks Department co-coordinates and supervises the activities of the department.
  • In addition to ensuring that team members discharge their duties within the stipulated time so as to meet up with Turn Around Time (TAT).

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must be a graduate of a reputable institution and must have completed NYSC
  • Candidate must have worked in supervisory roles for a minimum of 7 years
  • Candidate must be a great team player
  • Candidate must be able to drive the background checks team to meet the corporate goal
  • Candidate must be proficient with the use of all MS packages
  • Candidate must be proactive and must be able to work under pressure
  • Candidate must be available for immediate resumption
  • Candidate must be able to work with little or no supervision
  • Candidate must be able to work skillfully to meet deadlines
