Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Backend Engineering Manager at Oxygen X in Lagos.
• The Backend Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading teams, overseeing software development projects, managing integrations, and ensuring project success through effective engineering management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
• Software Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills
• Integration knowledge
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Software Development expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and NodeJS
• Project Management experience
