• Monitors jobs in production and communicates with production and graphics specialists regarding special jobs, proofs, and shipping info.
• Executes business objectives, strategies, and tactics for the shop’s production units
• Develops and implements training programs for all shop team members to improve unit operations and the customer experience.
• The employment, supervision and discharge of associates (Graphics Designers, Marketers, Software/I. T engineers), Printer technicians, Secretaries, and affiliate-designers for 247PRINTS & MARKETING.
• Manages various departments within the shop to ensure all jobs are produced and delivered in an efficient and cost-effective manner
• Assume the role of a business development manager by constantly create new market niche, ideas and project to help boost revenue

• Experience building and maintaining front-end code for dynamic modern web applications.
• Some experience with frontend & backend technologies for web applications.
• Solid software design skills and experience with automated UI testing.
• Passion for usability, simplicity and consistency in user interface design.
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, graphics design software and online applications (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After-effect, PhotoShop, Corel Draw etc.). Adobe Premiere is an added advantage.
• Exceptional creativity and innovation.
• Preferably a female
• Must be based in Port-Harcourt.
• Experience in Printing business is an added advantage.
• Strong software design and object oriented coding skills.
• Initiative and the ability to work independently to drive development.
• “Out-of-the-box” creative thinking.
