We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Assistant Facilities Coordinator

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee food preparation and cleaning activities.
  • Ensure that galley personnel and food preparation meet hygiene requirements.
  • Ensure that daily activities and those of the galley crew are carried out in a safe and healthy manner, with minimal environmental impact.

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience as chief cook or first cook onboard a vessel with a large crew and passenger complement
  • A professional educational qualification as a cook/baker
  • A food handling and hygiene course
  • Ability to speak and understand English.
