Job Title: Architect

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

• You will lead all aspects of architectural work, from initial planning to overseeing construction.
• You will be responsible for designing new buildings, extensions, renovations, and restorations, as well as supervise finishing works.

Responsibilities

• Supervise projects on site from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
• Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact.
• Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
• Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project
• Cooperate and liaise with engineers on site
• Follow architectural trends and advancements.
• Compile project specifications
• Keep within budgets and timelines
• Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees in Architecture with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
• Ability to provide quality visualization and presentation.
• Ability to supervise finishing works.
• Solid knowledge of design softwares such as Sketchup, Revit, and Autocad.
• Ability to provide workshop drawings for both residential and commercial designs.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
