We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

  • In charge of all social media and report to Managing Director.
  • Respond to all online enquiries and sales.
  • Assist with sales.
  • Collate daily sales and expenses, follow-up with MD to capture her expenses. Submit figures to Sales & Admin
  • Ensures shop is ready to serve clients by ensuring all necessary tools are ready.
  • Assist MD with charity work.
  • Inventory of stocks.
  • Payment of bills promptly.
  • Cross-check level of stock on shop floor and inventory.
  • Request for new furniture with the guide of Sales & Admin

Qualifications / Skills and Competencies

  • Candidates should posses a B.Sc / HND qualification in related field.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English Language.
  • Friendly, warm and compassionate personality.
  • 1 - 3 years work experience.
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).

Salary
N90,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
