Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a qualified Administrative officer to join our team in Abuja. The successful candidate will be responsible for document management, Administrative Support, and administrative support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Administrative services.
  • Proven Secretarial experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Ensure secure storage and retrieval of confidential documents.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and maintenance
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our company
  • Develop and implement effective electronic and manual document filing systems.
  • Provide administrative assistance to management and staff.
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Ensure timely communication of company announcements.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
