Avery Nigeria Limited (ANL) is the leading supplier of electronic and mechanical weighing equipments and inkjet coding systems in Nigeria. The company also supplies airport service equipment, ably supported by our specialized after sales team. ANL is a Limited Liability Company, and commenced operations in 1969 with the corporate head office located in Ikeja, Lagos and a staff strength of about 75, that boasts of considerable professional experience and background in weighing metrology and coding equipments.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Kaduna

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing Administrative support for the branch office
  • Organising company records
  • Schedule meetings and support visitors
  • Administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying bonding, scanning e.t.c 
  • Prepare regular reports
  • Scheduling appointments with customers 
  • Generate sales leads.
  • Overseeing the branch budget 
  • Maintaining inventory of office supplies and stocks
  • Answer phone calls, responding to queries and replying to emails

Requirements

  • B.Sc in Business Administration or any related course
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to manage time and adapt 
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Preferably Female, and must not be above 30 years of age.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
