Applied Engineering Technology Initiative (AETI) is a long-established multi-disciplinary management consulting/training firm, with a track record of creative product and Services development. We are desirous of attracting self-managed professionals, with a strong flair for business development and/or execution of diverse consulting management and financial projects.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Main Duties

  • The candidate for this position will assist in co-coordinating activities of the firm
  • Scheduling appointments, and organizing company records.
  • Managing office stock
  • Preparing regular reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets)
  • Assist in other activities as may be required.

Requirements

  • Must be a University graduate, preferably at the post-graduate level, with the appropriate professional qualification.
  • Must have nothing less than five years of experience in a well-structured management/training consulting practice with multi-disciplinary skills that will be required to carry out their duties.

Key competencies:

  • Business development
  • Maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures
  • Controlling correspondence, designing filing systems
  • Reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and
  • Assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
