Job Title: Administrative Media Assistant

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • To help our media operations administratively, we are seeking for a media assistant. To ensure effectiveness and precise record-keeping, you will monitor advertising projects from beginning to end.
  • You should be organized, have great research abilities, and have a keen eye for detail in this position. We would like to meet you if you have experience with media buying and love working under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative and clerical support.
  • Monthly Social Media report.
  • Creation and Execution of monthly content calendars with the team.
  • Engaging the company online community via polls, responding to comments and direct messages.
  • Help build rapport with clients and media outlets and brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
  • Assisting in implementing, monitoring and troubleshooting media projects.
  • Proofread and revise contracts and agreements.
  • Create and monitor media schedules.
  • Ensure billing procedures run smoothly.
  • Conduct research to collect useful media data
  • Resolve issues and help build strong relationships with media outlets.
  • Help media buyers and planners develop, execute and monitor media plans.
  • Prepare reports, letters and other paperwork.
  • Take on buying tasks as assigned by the Sales and Procurement Manager.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification. 
  • Knowledgeable in Media Assistant or other administrative role.
  • Knowledge in digital advertising is a plus.
  • Proven ability to build social media community.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines under minimal supervision.
  • Good at developing Social Media Strategies.
  • Familiarity with media planning and buying.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with media analytics software

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 monthly.
