The Group’s operations and interests are managed by the following divisions: TECHNICAL PRODUCTS & LEASING SERVICES: - This is a dominant leader among its peers in the country and has different business operational units including: John Holt Engineering: This unit specializes in the sales, installation and maintenance of High Capacity Diesel Generators from 12.5kVA to 2200kVA. These generators are made in factories that are ISO 9001 certified and assembled in Nigeria.

Job Title: Administrative Manager
Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We need an Administrative Officer to join our team and support our daily office procedures.
  • The administrative officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their enquires.
  • Main duties include managing office stock, preparing regular reports and organizing company records.
  • The ideal candidate must have working knowledge of office equipment and office management tools. Ultimately, must be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies, stock and place orders
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Schedule in-house and external events
  • Maintain and update company databases(network providers, courier)
  • Responsible for group vehicle repair/ maintenance
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Schedule meeting rooms as required

Qualifications

  • B.Sc./HND Business Administration, English, and other Social Sciences
  • 2-3 years experience
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
