Job Description

  • Greeting customers and visitors, signing them in.
  • Helping with the coordination of special company events.
  • Maintaining a professional and tidy office space.
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
  • Book meeting rooms as required.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations.
  • Schedule in-house and external events.
