Job Description

  • Our client is seeking a motivated Administrative Associate to join the team.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for the team.
  • Ensure accurate and systematic filing of documents, contracts, and administrative records.
  • Assist in maintaining client databases and ensuring accurate records.
  • Support the planning and execution of workshops, seminars, and client events.
  • Assist in processing invoices, expenses, and financial documentation.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration, Management, or a related field with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Previous experience in administrative roles, with a focus on supporting teams and executives.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office software.

Salary
N100,000 - N125,000 Monthly.
