XGO Technology Limited is a professional Logistics Service provider that consists of integrated, comprehensive transport solutions helping Clients get their products or goods to the right customer at the right time and at the right cost.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:   Job Title: Administrative Assistant Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
  • Review, compare, analyse and approve products and services to be purchased
  • Coordinate repairs of equipment and supervise maintenance technicians
  • Coordinate the use of company pool cars
  • Oversee and supervise the activities of the support staff
  • Manage inventories and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records
Qualification
  • OND in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
  • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
