We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

 

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Ajao Estate, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities

  • Assist in providing administrative support to the organization.
  • Manage the repairs and maintenance of office equipment
  • Ensure the office environment is neat at all times
  • Assist in managing inventory of office supplies
  • Assist other team members.

Requirements

  • An OND / HND in Business Administration or any related field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in administrative duties
  • Working knowledge of reconciling account figures
  • Ability to multitask, good organization and time management skills.
