We have a vast experience in the outsourcing business as we currently manage resources for major clients in all sectors of the Nigerian economy. In addition, our prolific manpower cuts across the 36 states in Nigeria. After successfully gaining ground in all the 36 states of the federation, we are gradually spreading our tentacles to other African Nations. We are currently registered to also do business in Ghana. We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Marina, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Objective

  • Ensure administrative processes are performed accurately.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of letters, contracts, emails, etc.
  • Issue invoices, process payments, and follow up on payments.
  • Liaise with lawyers and clients as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Section Head.
  • Coordinate distribution and filing of all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Maintain a filing system for all section-related documents.
  • Perform other functions as delegated by the Section Head.
  • Ensure compliance with tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.

Job Specifications
Qualifications: 

  • University degree or diploma in Real Estate Management or Real Estate Administration.
  • Relevant professional certifications are an added advantage but not mandatory.

Work Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Experience in Real Estate Management or Real Estate Administration is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in drafting contracts, processing and following up on payments, issuing invoices, and filing documents.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Detail-oriented.
  • Proofreading skills are an added advantage but not necessary.
  • Ability to comply with tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and SharePoint.

Salary
N170,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
