Ofure Global International Services Limited (OGIS) is a down stream Oil and Gas services entity of a consortium of local and foreign offshore companies which aims to provide excellence in Marine vessel supply, bunkering, offshore operation support services, provision of logistics and manpower services with focus on optimizing local content value in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

 



Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification from a reputable institution
  • 2 - 3 years experience
  • Should be energetic
  • Direct clients to the appropriate departments and Ensure client records are up to date
  • Possess adequate knowledge of Linkedln tools
  • Must have strong reporting skill and very articulate
  • Maintain schedules of team member with superior assistance.
  • Must be willing to learn and must learn extremely fast
  • Handling office tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations
  • Ability to handle complaints and give accurate information
  • Strong communication and people skill
  • Good organizational skill and multi-tasking skill
  • Documentation and filing history

Salary Range
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
