Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • He/she is responsible for performing clerical duties in the office
  • Receiving incoming and outgoing calls on behalf of the organization.
  • Managing the calendars of the organization.
  • As an Administrative Assistants, you assist with the day-to-day operations of an office by doing tasks such as filing documents.
  • Preparing documents and powerpoint slide for the departments
  • Disbursing mails, memos and correspondence to the different organization.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc in Administration, Secretarial Studies or any related discipline
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility and innovative.
  • Ability to work remotely.
  • 1 - 6 years work experience.
  • Good communication skills

Salary
N80,000 monthly.
