We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 



Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Order office supplies, manage the store and procurement requests while monitoringdisbursements
  • Manage,administerand reconcile office expense reports
  • Produce and distribute correspondence and letters
  • Develop and maintain an effective filing system
  • Liaise with the Finance team to ensure disbursement of funds to all units and departments
  • Provide general support to the team
  • Supervise other administrative staff to ensure optimum performance
  • Allocate office tools as needed and ensure records are kept

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess OND, HND or B.Sc Degree
  • Candidate must have 2 to 3 years experience as an administrative staff
  • The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, interpersonal skills, highly organised with strong attention to details and reside in Lekki / Ajah axis.
