We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying,scanning, and filing.
  • Manage office inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and paper.
  • Assist in planning and organizing meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Arrange catering and other logistics for events.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree / HND
  • 2 - 4 years experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly
