Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description

  • We are looking for a bright and diligent Assistant Digital Marketing Executive to assist the team in building the online presence of our brand and company.
  • This position is ideal for someone who likes working with people in an innovative environment that encourages creative freedom.
  • Our preferred candidate will be personable and courteous able to multitask in a quick and challenging environment, and relish the challenge of keeping a busy office organised and efficient. A proficient communicator with the ability to work independently on a wide range of tasks, and be open to learning new skills and taking on new responsibilities.

Duties
Duties include but not limited to:

  • Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
  • Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media.
  • conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences.
  • coordinating promotional activities, events and interviews to increase company and brand awareness.
  • managing production and performance of multimedia content.
  • curating, creating, writing and proofreading contents & creative copies.
  • maintaining websites and tracking data analytics.
  • updating company media and customer database.
  • driving brand loyalty,creating brand value andawareness.
  • working together with the team to develop the brand and improve user experience.

Required Skills and Experience

  • No prior work experience required
  • Attention to detail
  • Creativity
  • Ability to work under pressure, with little supervision
  • Good grasp of the English language
  • Excellent manner, communication and presentation
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel) is an added advantage
  • Basic Design Skills
  • Resourcefulness
  • Social Medi Savvy
