Job Description
- The Admin/HR Manager will be required to oversee the support
operations of the company. Our client requires a professional that is
organized, detail- orientated and possesses sound analytical skills to
run day-to-day operations with very little supervision.
- A background in Public Relations or Advertising would be a big
plus as the interested applicants must be able to plan and execute the
company’s marketing events and trade fairs from start to finish with
minimal supervision. This will include liaising directly with suppliers
and clients.
- As implied, the Admin/HR Manager will also be expected to oversee all HR functions of the company.
Qualifications
- A first degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations or of her related disciplines from a reputable University
- Must possess good presentation skills
- 5-10 years’ experience in leading and managing a team of not less than ten persons
- Actual experience in organizing Corporate Workshops and Training
- Actual experience in organizing Trade fairs and Corporate/Marketing Events
- Professional Certification in Human Resource Management
- Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Power Point
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
