Job Title: Admin / Operations Manager

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin/Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement and manage operational processes and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics.

Administrative Management:

  • Manage administrative staff and coordinate office activities.
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of office equipment and supplies.
  • Oversee facility management, including maintenance and security.

Vendor and Supplier Management:

  • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Ensure timely procurement of office supplies and services.
  • Maintain positive relationships with external partners.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and health and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.

Human Resources Support:

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
  • Manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Support employee engagement and development initiatives.

Financial Oversight:

  • Assist with budget preparation and expense management.
  • Monitor and control operational expenditures.
  • Prepare financial reports and analysis for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or operations management role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
