Aldreda Fields Limited (AFL Networks) is licensed by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) to provide Metropolitan Fibre Cable Network Services in Nigeria. AFL Networks will provide Open Access Fibre Infrastructure-as-a-Service for delivery of digital services to consumers by ISP's and other media content providers. We are Pioneers, Innovators and Provider of Future-Proof technology for delivery of World Class Broadband Services in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Admin / HR Assistant

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Develop training and development materials
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Maintain employee records (attendance & punctuality, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and Leave requests.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Work with team in building strong brand credibility and online reputation across social media platforms, increase online traffic and generate leads and conversions
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
  • Update company database with the data of new employees (e.g. Background, qualification, skill, etc.)
  • Update and circulate documents about the policies & procedures of our organization.
  • Publish and remove job ads on different platforms (e.g. job boards, social networks, careers pages, etc.)
  • Schedule prospective candidate’s job interviews and be a point of contact as required.
  • Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 year work experience.
  • Candidate must be smart, tech savvy with good communication skills and appreciable understanding of social media metrics.
