Adhoc Volunteers at Oxfam Nigeria


Oxfam is an international confederation of 17 organizations (affiliates) committed to creating a just world without poverty. In Nigeria, Oxfam works in the areas of Economic Justice/Sustainable Livelihoods, Humanitarian Programming to save lives, Advancing Gender Justice and Good Governance, adopting a right based approach.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Adhoc Volunteer

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Volunteer

Job Brief

  • The project requires support in sorting and grading submitted applications.
  • Based on the existing backdrop, I request approval to engage 10 - 15 ad hoc volunteers for not less than 5 days for reviewing, grading, and sorting these forms (The final number of volunteers and days of work will be dependent on the number of application forms received).

Deliverables

  • To sort, review, and grade the FFH nomination forms.
  • To input the data on the FFH Nomination forms into a database that will be provided.
  • To produce the top 12 finalists after scoring.
  • To provide a detailed activity report showing data disaggregated by age, value chain, region, land ownership, etc.

Selection Criteria

  • First Degree.
  • Must own a functional laptop.
  • Must live within FCT.
  • Computer literate.
  • Experience in data management.
