Job Description

• We are looking for actors who can join our company on a contract basis for a long-term position.
• The ideal candidate should command native Hausa, Igbo, or Yoruba. It will be an advantage if they can speak more than one of those.

The Programme

• BantuPage is launching a unique opportunity for actors to be part of a politically charged, comical, and infotainment programme.
• We will air this weekly episode programme on our YouTube channels, where members of the three major Nigerian ethnic groups (Hausa, Igbo, and Yoruba) will engage in discussions about trending, recurring, and other internal Nigerian affairs.

Requirements

• Proficiency in either Hausa, Igbo, or Yoruba.
• A decent command of Nigerian English.
• Previous acting experience would be beneficial, not essential.
• Be flexible, sociable, and able to work outside of working hours.

Ideal Candidate:

• We are looking for a versatile actor with a passion for acting. Fluency in either Hausa, Igbo, or Yoruba, as well as a decent command of Nigerian English, is a key requirement for this role.
• The successful candidate must also reside in Lagos, as the position involves frequent on-set appearances.
• Acting is a skill; we seek someone who believes they possess such skills.

Audition

• There will be an audition to determine the ideal candidate. BantuPage will cover the cost of travel to and from the audition. We understand the hardship and skyrocketing inflation in the country, so the company has decided to cover every candidate's travel costs.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / month.
