Job Title: Accounts Receivable Officer

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Candidate will assist in ensuring that the company receives all payments for goods and services offered to clients. Prepare, post, verify and record all customer payment and transactions related to account receivable.
  • The ideal candidate will also create invoices according to the company’s practices, submit invoices to customers as well as maintaining and updating all customer files including name and address changes etc.

Responsibilities

  • Bank Reconciliation SAP & SEL.
  • Group company loan and reconciliation.
  • Intercompany & bank posting.
  • Premium posting & record keeping.
  • Loan accounts records and reconciliation.
  • Making sure all draft vouchers are rectified if there is any error.
  • Pos postings for all locations.
  • Assisting with other accounting jobs at the end of the month.
  • Checking assigned location bank receipt.
  • Processing all location bank receipt drafted and ensuring it is posted to the right bank/ account.
  • Daily cellulant Collection, posting & reconciliation.
  • Posting daily expenses voucher.
  • Making sure all draft vouchers are rectified if there is any error.
  • Drafting of bank receipt for head office.
  • Rectifying issues on the drafted bank receipt by other locations.
  • Processing of drafted bank receipt by other location.
  • Checking all location Bank receipt.
  • Processing all location bank receipt drafted and ensuring it is posted to the right bank/ account
  • Drafting bank receipt for the head office & call Centre.
  • Posting daily expenses voucher.
  • Posting of journal vouchers for reconciling diamond dom accounts.
  • Posting of journal vouchers for focus ppc/ac.
  • Assisting with other accounting jobs at the end of the month.
  • Daily collection report to management.
  • Daily unidentified collection report.
  • Final validation of BR and daily bank report.

Skills / Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification.
  • 4 - 8 years work experience.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to communicate accurately and efficiently with everyone within the organization.
  • Knowledge of Accounting principles.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage expectations.
  • Keen eye for detail.

Salary
N100,000 - N180,000 monthly
