Responsibilities
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Support Month End Financial Close activities and ensure all invoices and receipts interface from SAP to BOLT and accounted for.
  • Achieve assigned recovery target to contribute to the company's financial performance, reducing past due and doubtful debt provisions.
  • Follow up with WHT credit note and ensure they are booked into the financials.
  • Heads weekly AR meetings with SM/KAM for past due follow ups and ensure records of meetings are kept and distributed for follow ups.
  • Prepare and inspect Top 20 past due report, Top AR report, Mid-month AR report including other Corporate and local AR reports as may be require and ensure accuracy, accountability, and timely submission of all reports.
  • Support Internal and External Audit as may be required.

Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Professional qualifications in Finance/Accounting will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in Credit and Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excel & SAP skills.
