Job Title: Accounts and Administrative Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • A law firm is looking for an Accounts and Administrative Officer to join our team and support our daily accounts and office procedures.

Job Description

  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Be accountable for financial reporting to strict monthly deadlines
  • Essential ability to set up an efficient finance function
  • Schedule in-house and external events
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned

Requirements

  • B.sc / HND in Accounting or Business Administration
  • At least 5 years work experience.
  • Proven work experience as an Accounts and Administrative Officer
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point)
  • Proficient in use of accounting software ( Sage or QuickBooks)
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary
N40,000 - N70,000 monthly.
