A Snapshot of Your Day

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist who can handle a variety of accounting tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Handle various accounting duties such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Collaborate effectively with the Accounts Payable (AP) team to ensure first-time-right transaction processing.
Ensure financial accuracy and compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policies.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Participate in financial audits and work with auditors to ensure compliance.
Perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures, and investments.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Support A & C on administrative tasks: retrieval of documents for weekly payments and various audit purposes; raising of PR for corporate units; GRIR and web-cycle resolutions; review and reconciliation of business advance GLs; Co-ordination of quarterly GL reconciliations; reclass of bulk postings on HR and SCM to appropriate cost centres; reconciliation of AMEX card transactions and any other tasks assigned by HOAC.
