Account Administrator at Basol Energy Services Limited

Basol Energy has been live since 2017, we have been the pioneer in the solar lighting industry in Nigeria . Having taken the lead in introducing Smart solar lights, we now offer a wide range of products that include solar wall lights, solar security lights, solar garden decoration lights and solar street lights. Our solar lights are easy to install and require no electricity or wiring, just sunlight they collect during the day. At dusk, when they automatically switch on, they illuminate your surroundings using clean energy from the Sun.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Administrator

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
• Process bank deposits
• Reconcile financial statements
• Identify and address discrepancies
• Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
• Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
• Prepare, send and store invoices
• Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
• Submit tax forms

Requirements and skills

• BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
• Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations
• Hands-on experience with accounting software

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
